These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Eccellenza Tracking, an internal business intelligence, reconciliation, attribution, and reporting application operated by Eccellenza Doors Inc.

1. Internal Application

Eccellenza Tracking is a private internal application developed for and operated by Eccellenza Doors Inc.

It is not offered for public subscription, resale, licensing, or general commercial use.

Access is limited to persons and systems authorized by Eccellenza Doors Inc.

2. Authorized Use

Eccellenza Tracking may be used for legitimate Eccellenza Doors Inc. business purposes, including:

• accounting data analysis;

• reconciliation;

• customer and transaction matching;

• sales and revenue reporting;

• marketing attribution;

• return on advertising spend analysis;

• operational reporting;

• audit and data quality functions.

Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. QuickBooks Online Integration

Eccellenza Tracking may connect to QuickBooks Online after authorization by an authorized administrator.

The integration may retrieve accounting information necessary for Eccellenza Tracking's authorized internal functions.

Eccellenza Tracking does not use the QuickBooks Payments API to initiate or process payments.

4. Access Credentials

Users and administrators must protect credentials, tokens, authentication information, and other access mechanisms associated with Eccellenza Tracking.

Access credentials must not be intentionally disclosed to unauthorized persons.

5. Data Accuracy

Eccellenza Tracking may combine or reconcile information from multiple authorized business sources.

While the system is designed to improve reporting and analytical accuracy, business records may contain missing, delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or inconsistent information.

Eccellenza Doors Inc. may review, reconcile, or correct such information as part of its normal business processes.

6. Availability and Changes

Eccellenza Doors Inc. may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue all or part of Eccellenza Tracking at any time.

Integration functionality may also depend on third-party services, APIs, authorization, and availability.

7. Security

Access to Eccellenza Tracking is restricted to authorized use.

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, expose credentials, interfere with the system, or use information obtained through the application for unauthorized purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

Eccellenza Tracking, including its internally developed workflows, data models, reporting structures, automation logic, and related materials, is owned by or used under authority of Eccellenza Doors Inc., except for third-party technologies and services owned by their respective providers.

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks and services of Intuit Inc.

Eccellenza Tracking is an independent internal application of Eccellenza Doors Inc. and is not an Intuit product.

9. Privacy

Information processed through Eccellenza Tracking is handled according to the Eccellenza Tracking Privacy Policy.

10. Termination of Access

Eccellenza Doors Inc. may revoke access to Eccellenza Tracking at any time.

An authorized administrator may also disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration.

11. Disclaimer

Eccellenza Tracking is an internal reporting and business intelligence tool.

It is not intended to provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

Official accounting records and professional advice should be consulted when appropriate.

12. Limitation of Use

The application may only be used for lawful, authorized business purposes.

No person may use Eccellenza Tracking to access data they are not authorized to access or to perform activities prohibited by applicable law or third-party platform requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms

Eccellenza Doors Inc. may update these Terms of Use as the application, integrations, legal requirements, or business practices evolve.

The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revision.
